Mrs. Samira Safar, was one of Bet Lahem Live's success stories. During the Festival, Samira was renting a small booth, where she was selling different kinds of her homemade pastries, such as: Sfeeha, Musakhan, Zaatar and many more.
Visitors to Samira’s booth liked her pastries, and she even received many phone calls after the festival from people who tried her delicious pastries at Bet Lahem Live and they wanted to order her pastries for their special occasions.
Today Samira started her own business where people can contact her for any order. She now has an E-mail address and a Facebook page to be reached at. This small project that Samira started after being inspired at Bet Lahem Live festival became one of her family’s income sources.
